Saint Louis School of Burlesque and Variety

Goals Don't Work Unless You Do

with DeannaDanger

A two-hour intensive workshop to assist performers in building a plan to achieve personal goals.

In this workshop, students will be guided through free writing exercises and critical thinking analysis to create a plan of action for personal/professional goals in both short term and long term format. All burlesque and variety performance artists of any experience level are invited to participate.

About the Instructor:
Deanna Danger, “The Burlesque Bard,” is a traveling performance artist & host, producer, instructor, model, actor, comedienne, Witch, and activist. They’ve spent the better part of the last decade teaching others how to shimmy, shake and perform “The Art of the Tease” as the founder and former Headmastress of Boom Boom Basics Burlesque & Performing Arts Studio in Richmond, VA. These days however, you can find Deanna either touring the country in their VW Burlesque-a-lade, with their signature high glam, high concept art, or keepin’ it real risque at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in their new hometown of St. Louis, MO. They’re the 2012 1st Place winner of the Pennsylvania Burlesque Festival, Richmond’s reigning, voted “Best Burlesque Performer,” and Richmond’s 2016 Entertainer of the Year.
